Gods and the ones we create

This most recent painting has made its way through a rather strange and awkward position In time and space. One can’t help but be influenced by the things which surround them and yet even at that we tend to fixate on what is true to our own sense of who we feel we are and what we are connected to. There is a series of ideas that have been running through my mind and yet I continue to toil with the intent to make a painting rather than an image itself. This and other few works which I will share progress on later have taken me to this very unfamiliar place and I feel that they will gradually unfold as they have made themselves present to me in a very suggestive consenting way.
